I don't believe transformation begins by becoming someone new.

I believe it begins by remembering who you've always been.

Over time, expectations, habits and constant noise can disconnect us from our own inner knowing.

House of Self exists to help you reconnect.

As a Curator of Remembrance, I bring together wisdom, movement, conversation, design and everyday rituals that support one simple intention:

Helping you live from your authentic self.

Why I Created House of Self

There was a time when I believed that becoming more fulfilled meant becoming more—more successful, more productive, more knowledgeable, more accomplished.

Over the years, I discovered that the greatest shifts in my life didn't come from adding something new. They came from letting go of the expectations, identities and habits that kept me from recognizing who I already was. That realization changed everything.

Growing up between cultures and later living across Europe and the United States taught me to feel at home in many places. Yet the most meaningful journey wasn't geographical; it was learning that home is ultimately an inner experience.

Along the way, I found guidance in many places: yoga, mindfulness, Human Design, Ayurveda, Buddhism, design and years of personal exploration. Each offered a different perspective, but they all pointed toward the same truth:

The wisdom we're looking for already lives within us.

House of Self grew from that understanding. I don't see myself as a guru or someone with all the answers. I'm a curator of remembrance: someone who gathers timeless wisdom, embodied practices and meaningful experiences into one place to help people reconnect with themselves.

Whether through Human Design, yoga or Authenticity Coaching, my work is about turning insight into everyday life. Because understanding yourself is only the beginning. The real transformation happens when your choices, relationships, environment and way of living begin to reflect who you truly are.

That's what House of Self is here to support. A life that feels aligned. A life that feels like home.

I'm not here to give you another identity. I'm here to help you remember your own.
